Music Video for David Urbinati
“Different Pages” is an animated music video for an original song written and produced by David Urbinati, owner and director of Rocket Powered Milk Truck. This project is a unique crossover between David’s personal music artistry and the studio’s animation work—uniting both worlds in a single visual narrative. Inspired immediately after recording the track, we developed a bold, geometric visual style and a cinematic tone to match the emotional arc of the song. The video was brought to life with contributions from a small creative team, making it a true blend of personal expression and collaborative storytelling—the kind of project we live for at RPMT.

Behind the Frames
Poster Designs
To give the piece a bit more presence on the festival circuit, we created a few poster options using visuals pulled directly from the video. A strong key image helps set the tone—and adds a little extra credibility at first glance.
Boardomatic
Ideas start with the simplest of sketches. The storyboards for this were drawn directly in Rough Animator on the iPad while timing it to the song. For the most part, the final cut stayed pretty similar to the boards and this process really helped determine the pacing for each shot.
